WatchBox - Collecting Together App Reviews

After reading all the glowing reviews I have problems getting basic app functionality to work. This may be related to recent IOS update 9.2 or not. For starters the registration process failed repeatedly then told me that the account email was already registered. Resetting passwords and trying again I was able to login. Trying to add the first watch to the watch collection the input is very finicky and sensitive. How are you supposed to make an account if it keeps telling you, username password is incorrect. Fix this, youll get your 5 stars

This app is for all watch collectors. Now I can see my watch in one place

I really want to like this app; however, the scrolling lists to select brand of watch and several other things will not stay up and useable. I recommend waiting until reviewers start posting that is has been fixed.

Its nice to have a place where to store information about my watch collection. The data entry screens need some work: the titles for the data entries dont appear while editing and some lists are hard to handle because they exit without sufficient time to find the desired item. Overall, the app does what it is supposed to do, but it needs polishing.

A perfect app for watch news, reviews, watch inventory tracking and buy/sell watches.

The app is great. I recently dealt with Josh on a trade-in and was very impressed with the service. Processed my trade-in very quickly without hassle, and the watch sent was just as advertised.

Govberg Jewelers is a truly fine company. I bought an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra from Govberg a few months ago and could not be more satisfied. Customer service is outstanding. The Goverberg app, on the other hand, is new and buggy. Nothing too serious, but the bugs need to be fixed. On assumes this will happen in an update that is hopefully coming soon.
